Upon admission, the Annual Centre Admission Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. • Clearance of all pending dues is mandatory for eligibility to enroll in the subsequent academic year. • All facilities provided at the Centre must be utilized solely for purposes directly related to the enrolled course of study. • It is expressly clarified that INIFD Gandhinagar Centre is not a recognized University or College affiliated with any recognized University or statutory Council and does not award or confer any Degree or Diploma. • Payment of the Annual Centre Admission Fee shall constitute deemed acceptance by the student and/or guardian of the above terms and conditions, as well as the prescribed fee structure, without any reservation. • During the tenure of the course, INIFD Gandhinagar reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to enter into new collaborations or discontinue existing associations with any third-party organization, national or international body, brand, celebrity, individual, or corporate entity. INIFD Gandhinagar further reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any course(s) or training program(s) mentioned in the prospectus without prior notice. No claims or objections in this regard shall be entertained from any student.
